「チームとしての学校」というスローガンが掲げられ、「開かれた学校」への転換が求められている。このことについて、本稿では、第1に、この背景には、教育問題の多様化と学校教員の多忙化、さらには、教育課程行政の地方分権化を認めることができることを明らかにした。第2に、「チームとしての学校」がうまく機能することで、子どもたちがエンパワーされることが期待できると考えられた。第3に、専門性資本論の観点から、「チームとしての学校」が機能することは教員の社会関係資本の増大し、その結果、教員は成長すると考えられた。第4に、学校と地域社会との関係を、事例を基に考察し、「チームとしての学校」の実現が教員と生徒に時間的な余裕を生むと同時に、地域住民と生徒との間に生まれた良い関係性が、生徒の教育に良い影響を与えることが考えられた。これらの社会関係資本の構築、すなわち「チームとしての学校」の実現は多忙化の要因になるかもしれず、また、働き方改革という観点から敬遠されるかもしれない。しかし、長い目で見たときにそれは実現されるべきことがらであると考えられた。

Self-Presentation of Women’s Universities: A Qualitative Analysis of University Brochures

This study aims to understand the current overall landscape of women's universities and the diversity of their educational policies by analyzing information obtained from university brochures and basic university data, while focusing on the attributes and various characteristics of these institutions. Multiple correspondence analysis revealed that these policies are characterized by two axes: the breadth of educational goals and reforms （comprehensive vs. focused） and the type of educational approach （global /excellence-oriented vs. local/liberal arts-oriented）. Notably, university attributes and characteristics showed clear associations especially with the second axis, which represents the type of educational approach.
Specifically, traditional large-scale universities with stable enrollment rates and high academic rankings emphasized developing global talent, leadership, and problem-solving abilities while actively implementing reforms such as internationalization and department expansion. In contrast, newer small-scale universities with lower enrollment rates and academic rankings focused on locally-oriented activities and emphasized cultivation of cultural refinement, intellect, and human character. Some universities, particularly those of medium scale, maintained a balanced approach between these two orientations.
Furthermore, regional differences were evident along both axes: along the first axis, universities in Western Japan showed a tendency toward focused educational policies while those in Eastern Japan were more comprehensive. Along the second axis, institutions in Kanto and Hokkaido/Tohoku regions tended toward global/excellence-oriented approaches, while those in Kyushu, Okinawa, and Tokai regions showed more local/liberal arts-oriented tendencies.
These findings suggest that womenʼs universities, standing at a crossroads, are not monolithic institutions but rather are pursuing diverse roles by leveraging their distinct characteristics and regional contexts.DOI： 10.14993/0002000739

専門性資本論に依拠し、若手教員の成長をめぐり、とくに社会関係資本に着目してインタビュー調査の分析をおこなった。第1に、若手教員の人的資本や個人財としての社会関係資本が以前よりも減少しているということを、管理職をはじめとする年長教員が認識していた。第2に、これらの背景には、学校現場では対応できない教員の質の低下のほか、若手教員の「真面目さ」が要因として語られた。第3に、若手教員に年齢の近い先輩教員に相談しづらい状況が明らかになった。

岐路に立つ女子大学－大学案内と当事者の語りからみるリアリティー

教育社会学的観点から岐路に立つ日本の女子大学の現在の姿とっ克服すべき課題を把握したうえで、その現代的意義について理論的検討を加えることを目的に、大学案内およびインタビューデータの分析を実施した。分析の結果、大学案内のキャッチコピーからは女子大学の分類として革新型、中道型、保守型の類型を明らかにした。また、それぞれの類型の大学関係者へのインタビューから、それぞれの生き残り戦略を明らかにし、女子大学の意義を抽出した。これらの分析を通して、日本の高等教育の多様性を保証する一つの学校種としての女子大学の存在意義がいまだにあるということを明らかにした。志水宏吉（武庫川女子大学）、新谷龍太朗（同志社女子大学）、岡邑衛（甲南大学）、金南咲季（椙山女学園大学）

養護教諭における生徒指導の現状―A県の養護教諭へのアンケート調査より―

養護教諭による発達支持的生徒指導の実践を可能とする要因を明らかにすることを目的とし、104名の養護教諭に対して実施したアンケート調査を分析した。分析の結果、「小規模校」という学校組織の特性が発達支持的生徒指導を実践可能としていることが明らかとなった。一方で、生徒指導担当教員との連携度合いについては、養護教諭の経験年数や所属する学校種により差がみられたが、経験年数と実践している生徒指導の分類については関連性が見られなかった。吉村知容・岡邑衛・南川和也

吹奏楽部の地域移行の成果と課題
2024年度日本社会教育学会六月集会 2024.6 立教大学
部活動の地域移行の「改革集中期間」にあたる現在、吹奏楽部の地域移行において見えてきた成果と課題について検討した。文化庁が実施している「地域部活動推進事業」の成果報告書及び事例集のデータを分析した結果、成果としては、生徒への教育的効果が実感されているほか、地域住民の意識の変化に関する興味深い事例が見られた。一方、課題としては、「ひと」「もの」「かね」についてそれぞれ予見可能だった課題が見られ、吹奏楽特有の難しさが表面化していることが明らかとなった。

初任期教員の困り感と職場環境の変化

大阪府下の初任期教員（採用１年目）に実施した教員の力量形成と職場環境に関する2012年と2023年のアンケート調査の分析・比較の結果を報告する。初任期教員の困り感と職場環境への認識について集計した結果、両調査において初任期教員が「授業づくり」に困り感を抱えていること、職場環境への認識は概ね良好であることが判明した。一方で、2時点を比較すると、小・中学校で異なる項目において困り感が増減していること、また職場環境では否定的な変化が見られることも明らかになった。

学校のどのような取り組みが地域を活性化するのか

過疎地域の少子高齢化は急速に進んでおり今後さらに進行することが予測されている。こうした地域では学校の統廃合が議論されているが、学校がなくなることは地域の存続にかかわるため、いかにして学校を存続させるかという試行錯誤が繰り返されている。ひとつのトレンドとなっているのは高校魅力化の取り組みであり、その動きは全国に広がっている。高校魅力化では、各校が特徴的な取り組みを行い、全国から入学者を募集することが多く、中には入学者を大きく伸ばしている高校も存在する。
今年度はこうした取り組みを行う学校の情報を分析するとともに、2か所の現地調査を実施した。そこでは、入学者数を大きく増やしている学校の取り組みや、県をあげて学校魅力化に力を入れている現状を知った。また、さらに少子高齢化が進んだ地域では複数の高校をいかに統合するかが検討されていた。
ここでの課題は大きく2点である。第1には、いかにして全国からの入学者を増やし定員を満たすのかという点である。学校、教育委員会、地域住民、NPO、企業らがコーディネーターを通じて協働している点が特徴としてみられた。また、学校は地域の魅力を再発見し、それを発信する重要な役割を果たしている。しかし、調査を進める中で、入学定員の充足のみが地域の活性化につながるわけではないだろうという思いも大きくなってきた。そこで検討すべき第2の課題は、入学定員の充足もさることながら、仮に入学定員が充足されないとしても地域の存続に寄与できる学校の在り方があるのではないかという点であった。 -

本研究の目的は、（A）特別活動の中長期的教育効果を実証すること、（B）その結果に基づき学習論を構築し、国内外への発信方法を提唱することにある。本研究の学術的独自性は以下の3点である。第一に、特別活動の教育実践の多様性を念頭に置いて、教育効果の検証を試みようとしている点である。第二に、特別活動の中長期的な教育効果に着目していることである。第三に、日本の優れた実践を効果的に国内外に発信するために、量的調査の知見と学習科学の知見を架橋しようとしていることである。

A study on systematic mentoring for early career teachers

The purpose of this study was to empirically clarify the contribution of organizational mentoring to the growth of early career teachers using the concept of "professional capital." In particular, field surveys were conducted in Tokyo and Osaka, where the proportion of young teachers is rapidly increasing, and in Osaka Prefecture, a questionnaire survey was administered to teachers in their first year of employment. These research findings were presented at an academic conference. After that, a questionnaire survey was administered to all first-year teachers at public schools in Osaka Prefecture, and at the same time, with the cooperation of research collaborators, interviews were conducted with 49 teachers at 12 schools. These research findings were presented at an academic conference and compiled into a report in the final year of the study.

Research on "depopulation-type transition" of young people in disaster areas.

This study focused on young people in depopulated disaster-affected areas, examining their reasons for being active in the area and their life course. Interviews were conducted with young people of various patterns, including those who were from the region, those who had experienced a U-turn, and those who had emigrated to the region. The common threads were (1) that the region has changed due to the disaster experience. And, (2) their feelings toward their own community have also changed. Many people from the region reaffirmed their attachment to the region, and those who had no connection to the region realized how wonderful the region was. In addition, (3) they realized that self-realization was possible in the region, even if they did not live in the city. These factors have influenced their life course.

An Empirical Study of Active Student Guidance Function of Tokkatsu to Cultivate Qualities as A Social Former

We conducted two surveys: a preliminary survey of 1,826 university students (22 universities) in the 2018 academic year, followed by a survey of junior high school teachers and students in the 2019 academic year. The total valid responses used for analysis were 462 (15 schools) for teachers and 8,587 (15 schools) for students. From the academic year 2020 , we conducted a quantitative analysis of the impact of proactivity toward Tokkatsu on students by performing a correlation check through cross tabulation, followed by a multivariate analysis.
Results showed that (1) students who participated proactively in conversational activities and school events (sports) developed high self-esteem and interpersonal skills; (2) support from the homeroom teacher enhanced the effects of increased self-esteem and interpersonal skills brought about by proactive participation in conversational activities; and (3) Tokkatsu were shown to be closely related to class management.
