慢性PTSD患者と大学生における外傷体験想起時に対する認知的評価と対処方略，および外傷性ストレス反応の比較

PTSD患者14名と外傷性ストレス反応を強く示す大学生（TH群）195名，外傷性ストレス反応の程度が低い大学生（TL群）273名を対象に，外傷体験想起時に対する認知的評価，対処方略，および外傷性ストレス反応の傾向や程度に違いがあるかを検討した。群を要因とする一要因分散分析の結果，認知的評価，対処方略および外傷性ストレス反応の傾向や程度はPTSD患者とTH群の間で大きな相違がないことが示唆された。

外傷体験に関する心理教育が外傷性ストレス反応や認知，気分状態，症状のコントロールに対するセルフ・エフィカシーに及ぼす影響について，大学生を対象に検討した。心理教育前・後と１週間フォローアップ時における効果測度の得点を比較したところ，セルフ・エフィカシーの得点のみが上昇傾向にあった。心理教育は外傷性ストレス反応の低減や認知，気分の改善に効果はないが，治療への動機づけを高める可能性は考えられた。
