日本語ワードプロセッサー（当時のソフトウェア「一太郎」）上での縦モンゴル文字（ウイグルモンゴル文字）表記による打ち込みを達成し，それによる日本語教材開発を行う。
予算による教材作成の後，中国国内では，国際交流基金教材開発助成金を受け，中国内蒙古教育出版社より発行した。
